Culver City German Auto Repair

I had repaired my Mercedes Benz at Rafi Automotive and I have to write this review, because, They are A + in time to take my car under repair, A + for Price. I did take my car to 3 more mechanic shop and the were almost twice as much of the fee. Mr. Rafi is very knowledgeable and experienced in Mercedes Benz. He diagnosed the main problem and was repaired in a very timely manner. This place worth every penny to spend, because my car now works almost like I had it from dealership 4 years ago. Thank you Mr. Rafi. I will recommend every one to come to you for automotive repairs.

Today i took my BMWX3 2005 to Rafi Autotech and had a great experience, they use BMW parts. Tony who is the owner was very polite I didn't feel as if he tried to rip me off. I needed my brakes repaired he gave me a list of what he did and what he recommends no underlined cost and did I tell you a shuttle was provided? Goodbye Beverly Hills-Santa Monica BMW service shop . Rafi Autotech gets the job done, oh yeah! They also washed my car better than both those fancy service shops. I will recommend this BMW repair shop to friends and family! Wonderful experience and great work.

Good place to go to when you have one of these Mercedess or BMWs. The people are knowledgeable and service oriented. What I didn't like is that they could not help me with my smog check with out replacing a $320.00 part which may not be their fault but I am not sure if they could not let me get a way with it somehow. I know this place for about 6 years and would recommend it.

I have taken my 2002 745i to Rafi Autotech since I bought the car for all regular maintenance. Their knowledge and professionalism is outstanding. Any time I have had a problem Ronny has been quick to offer suggestions and gone out of his way to provide superior service. I have the utmost trust in their work and will continue to use them in the future. I drop my car off and right away and had it examined. They told me EVERYTHING the car needed. How great right? A FREE overall inspection. They showed me what the problem was and everything else I needed to keep my running for the next 20 years. They explained what needed to be done. They gave me an estimate with a complete breakdown for each part and labor, which was a very reasonable amount. My experience was overall very positive. Plus they accept all major credit cards and they are open on Saturday.

I had great help, My BMW wouldn't start and I called Rafi Autotech for help, the technician asked if I have another key, I said yes, the tech said try the second key and call back, The second key did work and the car start and run fine now, I did call back to thank Rafi Autotech and asked what is my charge, the answer was nothing, have a nice day. I did bring my car in for oil change the service was easy, the shop is very clean and professional. No surprise. I will tell any one with BMW to visit that place..
