Brought my car into be serviced. My brake light was on. I was informed my brakes needed to be replaced. When the car was finished, I owed for brake discs front and back, cabin air filter and air filter which was not on diagnostic and not pre approved by me. I requested to see the wear on the discs but he was unable to provide them. Rafi charged me for work that was not needed.

Yes, I found Rafi Autotech by searching Yelp reviews. I called to get a price quote for a smog test for my car for my DMV renewal. I was given a great price (which I'm guessing varies based on the car you have). I was there and the entire process took only about 10 min. I told the smog test technician and Rafi, that I'd mention their business on Yelp. *Check them out! You can ask them questions online before you go in, if you prefer.

Even though they specialize in European cars, I decided to bring my Honda in since they had really good reviews and they responded really quickly to my Yelp inquiries. My brakes were squeaking and I was about to drive across the country so I really wanted to get that fixed. I brought it in at around 11-12 on a Wednesday and they were able to tell me what was wrong in an hour or 2 and had it fixed by the end of the day. I had to change my rear rotors and brake pads and the price was pretty reasonable! They were also able to quickly fix a small hole in my tire which was great! A couple days after my brakes were fixed, I was still hearing a little squeak. I brought it back and the repairman who worked on it and explained it to me why it was happening and let me know it was not any safety issue. He also rechecked my front brake pads just to be safe and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Their service is amazing and they definitely know what they're doing, would recommend!

I don't typically write negative reviews but I felt compelled to here. I went in for a typical oil change and had made a few other specific request items to be done as well. When I returned and the vehicle was ready I found that I was charged almost double what I usually pay at the BMW dealership and that none of my requests had been taken care of. I am giving 2 stars only because they completed the oil change as requested other than that it was a 1 star experience. Wouldn't recommend.
